Enneagram Type Eights Go Vegan For Strength
LIVE PLANT STRONG
Do you want to dominate the scene? Get lean and mean? Then rip the wool from your eyes and realize that you have been sold a false bill of goods on protein: about how eating muscles (meat) makes you stronger and how milk “does a body good.” Bullshit!
Avoid being Weakened and Controlled
The cholesterol, impurities and hormones in animal protein are wrecking your health and wrecking our society. These high-calorie foods only fatten us up, and make you a less formidable opponent. I know what you’re thinking. “I eat pure food that I have killed myself.” But even free range or wild animal’s muscles, although they may have less additives, don’t contain all the nutrients that your body needs. Think Scurvey, “Arrrrrh!” Next you may ask, “what about my essential amino acids or how will I get enough protein?” The truth is, that a vegan diet aka “plants” offer everything that we need — ask a gorilla.
Reclaim Your Vitality
Remember that “they” want us to be fat, sick, lazy lambs, addicted to their poisons (cheap, unhealthy food) and dependant on their cure (pharmaceuticals, big government). They want us to be too weak to fight them as they take other freedom. Control your food. Don’t let it control you. Stick it to “The Man” by eating your vegetables.
A Healthy Challenge
Don’t be like the masses of people who say that they can’t lose weight. Lose it with swagger! And challenge those around you to do the same. Stop procrastinating, take charge today with a vegan diet and begin a more intense, vital, energetic life.
